Welcome to Swingers Mobile Golf! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile golf simulator rental services. By reserving or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Overview of Services
Swingers Mobile Golf offers on the go golf simulator rentals designed for a variety of events, including birthdays, corporate gatherings, charity fundraisers, and more. We handle delivery, full installation, takedown, and event support.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1 Reservation Process
• A reservation is considered confirmed once we receive a completed booking form, a deposit payment and a signed rental agreement.
2.2 Payment Details
• A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total rental price is required to hold your date. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your event. For bookings made on short notice, full payment may be required upfront.
2.3 Cancellation Terms
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled event will be eligible for a refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Swingers Mobile Golf Duties
3.1 Installation and Removal
• Our team will manage all aspects of setup and takedown. We typically require about 90 minutes for installation as well as for disassembly.
3.2 On-Site Assistance
• Staff will be available during your event upon request to offer guidance and help troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you prefer to run the simulator on your own, we’ll walk you through everything beforehand to ensure your event runs smoothly without on-site staff.
3.3 Equipment Condition
• We guarantee that all equipment is maintained in working order. If any technical issues arise, we will address them promptly and professionally.
4. Customer Obligations
4.1 Setup Requirements
• You must provide an appropriate area for installation, with minimum dimensions of 16ft x 20ft and at least 12ft ceilings if the vent is indoors. A standard electrical outlet must also be accessible within the setup area.
4.2 Guest Safety and Supervision
• You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all participants. Children under 14 must be supervised while using the simulator.
4.3 Damage and Liability
• Any damage to the equipment caused by improper use or negligence may result in additional fees. Customers are expected to handle all provided equipment with care.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, software, and written materials provided by Swingers Mobile Golf are legally protected under intellectual property laws. These assets may not be reproduced, shared, or used in any form without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swingers Mobile Golf is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of our simulator. Use of the simulator involves physical activity, and by renting our services, you assume all associated risks.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in a Iowa court of law.
8. Privacy Policy
Swingers Mobile Golf is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is collected only as necessary to process bookings and improve our offerings. We do not sell or share your information with outside parties except as required by law.
9. Updates to These Terms
Swingers Mobile Golf may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
